– Description: My sprint Samsung Galaxy S6 with free Mcafee Security was suddenly locked by Mcaufee with message to call my two buddy numbers. I also got gmail with PIN number my buddies My daughter or my brother should enter from their phone number I had provided months or years back, after they also get text message from Mcaufee. Unfortunately, they cannot enter PIN number I gave them, because their ph numbers I had provided to you long back are both landlines with no text receipt or send capability. I called sprint they asked me to go to sprint store with a technician.. He looked at it and he or sprint cannot unlock, and mcafee should and must unlock it after I send this message with my email of record.
I am 78 yr old with major medical needs and about Doctor contacts etc. on the phone, pl constant need to have working cell phone for serious diabetic and heart conditions since I alive alone…THEREFORE, IT IS LIFE SAVER, AND MCAUFEE MUST IMMEDIATELY UNLOCK MY PHONE..
