Type of a scam Online Purchase
I ordered 200 dollars worth of extensions on May 2nd. I was informed 2-4 business days and it would be delivered by DHL. After 4 business days I contacted them asking where it was and what the tracking number was.
I tried calling their ‘customer service’ line over 10 times in the last 15 days and NOT ONCE did anyone answer. The phone did not even ring.
I sent 4 e-mails to customer service requesting tracking number and courier information but I was told that there was an ‘error’ with their system and no tracking number was available. They said they would update me as soon as it was sorted by no one has done this.
I have sent 2 more follow up e-mails DEMANDING this information- but I am now convinced this is an entirely fraudulent company.DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
