I was looking to purchase a puppy online and encountered the site maltesepupforsale.com which claimed to be a seller of Maltese puppies. After getting in contact with them and sending $350 via Walmart money gram the following day they claimed that they were unable to send the puppy unless I paid more for insurance of the puppy’s air flight and for proof of ownership transferral forms, which were not discussed previously. At this point I realized I was being scammed and not going to receive a puppy any time soon.
