I made an Amazon purchase and immediately I received a message with the Amazon logo, stating that since I have spent so much money with them, I won a prize. I clicked on the message and it took me to a page with many different gifts to chose from. I chose a watch for which it stated all I had to do was pay shipping and handling. The page then told me that that watch was not available and then recommended a different watch from a different manufacturer. Since all I had to do was pay shipping and handling and since I am still under the impression that this came from Amazon, I selected yes and that’s when it took me to the Magna verbano watches page to claim my gift. I proceeded with the transaction, selected the watch I wanted which by the way is a piece of crap and I enter my information. A month later I come to find out they withdrew $97 from my account. I looked into it and it turns out they signed me up for a subscription I never approved of. I immediately cancelled the subscription and yet after that they continue to take $97 out of my account every month despite my subscription was cancelled. I had to cancel my card and now I am reporting them for being dishonest and for scamming consumers. This place needs to be out of business and the people that run it should be arrested for all the money they have stolen from people like myself. Do not trust Magna verbano watches
