Magic Jack customer complaint scam is where they call you and threaten you to call and talk with them so they can put together legal paper work – then they say in my case on the message machiene if you do not call them then the result can be legal action against you – so I star 69 it – number not available then I called the number and it just says the Magic Jack customer is not available. Then I contacted BBB :)) There was no one taking the call so no one asked for money! Yet I am sure if someone talked to them either money would be asked for or personal information.
