on 8/10/18 I ordered a pair of shoes from Madeehacouture, A wholesale woman’s shoe comany supposedly in the UK. On 8/10/18 my account was charged $100.50 by a stationary store in Bejing China!
I did not receive the shoes I ordered, but a knock-off pair of chanel. I emailed the company for a return authorization, but never received a response. I found the company on line and it was reported as a scam.
I then contacted by bank and after much going back and forth, they have denied my claim unless I got another Business to write on their letterhead that I didn’t get what I ordered. No business that I asked would agree to do it. This is a rediculous request.
I would consider a credit on my account by bank of america for the $100.50, $3.01 and .27 by the bank as a fair settlement.
NOTE: There is no company to contact because it is a scam.
