I tried to download this to fix something on my laptop. When that didn’t work, I tried to remove the program. Whenever I do that, the program has a pop-up and if I click on it to “close” it, it reinstalls the application on my laptop. If I don’t click on it, there is no way to remove it because it won’t allow a "force quit”. I called them to see how to remove it and they said that they would need to remote into my computer. I said NO WAY and that they needed to show me how to remove it. Well, not only would they not do it, they said that I was not a technician and that they wouldn’t tell me how as I don’t know what I am doing.
