I originally booked make up and hair services. I found this company on Instagram, called their number and spoke to someone. Booked an appointment online, and received an invoice for a deposit. I paid $72.00 for the deposit. I received a confirmation from the email, and a request for desired styling looks. Day of appointment no one showed up. I called the business 15 times and did not get anyone to pick up. Few hours later I received an email stating that my stylist was in an accident and that I would be refunded. I asked for receipt of refund process and did not receive an email back. I have since then sent multiple emails, and have gotten no response. I called the number provided, and the lady on the phone said she cannot do anything, she only answers questions. I asked for a direct contact to the person who can help me and she said she did not have it, and that I had to email the email address. I proceeded to email the same email and still got no response. I was told I would get a refund on April 6th, and it is now April 23rd and I have not heard anything. I finally disputed with my bank, and the case is being investigated. I believe this company is scamming people by collecting deposits and not showing up for the services.
