A watch was offered in an ad on the internet for 7.27 so I ordered it and paid for it with my credit card. When I received the bill I was also charged $98.54. I called the number on my statement and spoke with a representative. He (Henry) told me that the 7.27 was the initial cost and then I would be billed 98.54 monthly thereafter to be a member of the luxury item club. After speaking seriously with him he agreed to cancel my ‘account’ and reimburse the $98.54. When I received my next statement the charge was not reimbursed. I called again and spoke with Fairy who said they would not reimburse the $98.54 because I didn’t call within 14 days of the original order. I again stated my disagreement with this and let them know I would be reporting them to the BBB.
