I had to wait 4 months for my masks, and finally got my money back from my bank after filing a dispute. Then, they finally sent the masks. They’re not at all what they looked like in the pictures. The lining is off, and it’s very cheap material. Furthermore, they had the audacity to ask me to send their money back. They’re a scam! Do not purchase their products. Zero Stars.

On April 16, 2020, I ordered a mask from Lushgood, but never received it. I now know I was a victim of fraud. The fake company’s website is gone and when I google the name, all thst comes up are complaints from other victims. Is there a way to find the criminal who took advantage of so many people during this coronavirus pandemic?

I ordered 3 mask from Fuller space ad that I seen on Facebook ( 4-7-2020) and here it is (6-14-2020) still no mask , no respond to my emails and now working with my back to file a claim to get my money back. I paid $74.33 and all I asked for was my money back. They sent me a tracking number and it’s been sitting in NY since May 5th, called the post office and they report that they never got the product and the label for the tracking number was printed out but they NEVER received anything from these people. I just want my money back and I will never buy anything off line again.

Ordered 2 totes from this company on March 26, 2020. Received an email confirmation with tracking number; however items were never delivered. After emailing company a few times with no response and waiting for almost two months, disputed purchase through PayPal. They opened an investigation but closed it saying the seller confirmed the items were delivered. So, appears they stole my $50! ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK! Will never order again from a small, online retailer!

This company is definitely a scam. I ordered from Remark Green, the bill showed on my credit card as Outfit Model, just received a mask from Lushgood! Nothing that I ordered. This is only after filing a fraud report with my credit card and having it taken off my bill. I, too, ordered from Facebook, which I never do without googling them first. I did not do that this time and regretted it immediately! Never order from FB without checking it out first!

I ordered two custom masks on 4-15-2020. Finally received a cheap mask on May 26, 2020 (maybe worth $3.00). Used Paypal for transaction and they have denied my claim for my money back because company told them they sent masks. There is no way to contact anyone from this “company”. You send an email and always get an automated generic response.

SCAM! I can’t believe I didn’t research them more before ordering, I went against my own advice when ordering anything from online.
So… Ordered from this Lushgood company that popped up online on 4/13/2020 from Facebook and I have yet to hear anything back about my order. No email & there’s no contact info available on them now.
$89.85 I will now have to dispute with my credit card company… 😤

Ordered a mask and filters on April 17. Usual emails on the progress and then the one stating it’s done! A couple days later..so sorry looking for shipping. Filed a dispute with PayPal. I get two packages last week from LUSHGOOD. Each packet has one white generic facemasks in it! Today…I get a denial from PayPal saying I received my items! This company sent TWO CHEAP MASKS to circumvent the dispute process! Do NOT give you money to these people!

After conducting research I founded out the company is scamming people via Facebook. when I looked on my credit card receipt I saw the lush good store was in hong kong, it also gave me an email to the rep of fuller face mask.

I ordered 2 masks n filters back in March of this year. No confirmation email and one tracking number on two items when I purchased three items total. Glad I purchased through PayPal because I might get my $89 back. So I did a claim on on April 14 on April 15 the seller contacted PayPal saying my items were on the way, funny when it does called shipped out the day they responded back and asked me to stop the claim…yeah right not until I get my items or refunded. So May 4th m cla would automatically cancel or I could escalate it…I did so waiting to hear back from PayPal..if you drop it or allow it to cancel them or can not be undone nor can you attempt another claim on that or those items again..Glad I didn’t drop it as they asked. Message from thm responding to me through PayPal and this new tracking information..smh

Several of my coworkers and I ordered masks from this company. I received 2 emails that I could not cancel my order because it was greater than 12 hours. Lushgood ads popped up on Facebook with an item I ultimately ordered. I paid through paypal. I began getting charges for things like uber, Domino’s Pizza, etc. Had to shut down my PayPal account and reopen a new one, file disputes with PayPal, etc. I just discovered that Lushgood was the culprit, since I inquired about my order by trying to check the tracking, then tried to email the address on the order confirmation. Both returned errors. Now, PayPal is telling me I may not be able to recover the amount of my order; which, by the way also added a $9.95 shipping fee to my purchase amount. What am i to do now?

Purchased an item from their website in early Dec 2019 as a Christmas gift. Should have shipped within 10 days. Have inquired 7+ times, and most of the time get no response, or just a response indicating it’s taking a long time. 5 weeks after the order, I informed them I wanted either the product or my money back. No response. Filed a grievance with paypal, still no response from the company. Company address appears to be a vacant lot in a residential area per google maps.
