this seller of French bulldogs and English bulldogs. Sent an email to reserve a French bulldog. They then requested through cash app the cost for the puppy. So i paid it via cash app. The seller then get the puppy ready to be shipped through this logistic travel company. I asked seller for the tracking info. I received it an was able to see the information of seller and my self an where the puppy was. It then stopped in Virginia. An I received a phone call from logistics giving me updates on the puppy an the flight. I then get another call asking for $1,800 for a special carrier to rent that the puppy was having a hard time breathing in the crate the seller had sent that they recommended a air condition cage to rent. Promising my money refunded when the puppy is delivered to my home. An hour or so goes by. I get another call from logistics. Now there’s an issue with the paper work that the puppy needs a passport that I need to have $800 to process that then the puppy will be shipped. Via text I’m contacting the seller letting the seller I cannot pay anymore money this was unexpected charges. Had I known all this for travel I never would have don’t this. The seller explained he never had this problem before an that he was sorry. I stated a refund or that the seller can pay for the documents needed. The seller stated he did not have it to send what money I got an he would try to get a loan to help pay. I refused and asked for my money back. Seller stated he called the logistics to cancel per my request. An logistics told him to call back in the morning to cancel an that I would get my refund then.
