Lea Smith from LSA contacted both of my parents claiming I was being sued for a payday loan. I contacted the Check For Cash company and they had no record of a debt for me. This is definitely a scam.

This company called a place of employment and asked to speak to the employee regarding a change of venue to serve legal papers so they would not have to come to the place of employment. They gave a canyon county court case # that was involving check fraud. the employee contacted the Canyon County Court and was told there is no such case # and there is no current cases open against her. This company continues to call with an automated recording stating they need to reach the employee to schedule a change of venue. I called the number back and explained the employee had looked into this case and there are no active cases against her according to canyon county. I asked the company to stop calling as it is becoming harassment and that I was going to report their fraudulent activity. Lisa Tuner the person from LSA I was speaking to yelled at me to call the police and report it to the Authorities because my employee should be arrested and hung up on me.

These people called me saying I owed money to a check n go. I have never used a check n go! Then this women proceeded to list all payday loan stores saying it was one of those stores but she didn’t have all the details! She told me I owed $4,395.78 if I went to court! I could settle for the initial loan for $1,465.26 I told the women I don’t have that type of money. She told me both of my cars could be repossessed if I didn’t make a payment today!! She also said my wages would be garnished. They actually did have the make An model number of both vehicles, they New the first 3 digits of my social An the last 4 digits!! Which is very scary!! I asked about making a payment plan An she told me she was not authorized to do so!! She then kept telling how this call is being recorded An that everything I say can be used in court if I didn’t pay. I told her I’m on disability An can’t afford this! Then she said we’ll under article 149 you could have a payment plan but you can’t write a check or use a money order or pay with a pre paid card!! I then told her I could afford 100.00 today then make payments bi weekly. That wasn’t good enough I need to put 20 percent down! Then I told her I would just take my chance in court An I would explain to a judge about my current circumstances. She then told me to hold on an another rep got on the phone saying she was a supervisor An told me that I don’t want to go to court An have to pay all that money An court cost! I said well it will be fine I’ll have my attorneys contact you what’s your number? Then the line got disconnected!! I didnt give any money but I did call credit bureau An get fraud alert on my 3 reports don’t be fooled ** *** *** Listen for key words!!! ?? Total SCAM!!!!

THESE PEOPLE TRIED GETTING ME TO PAY OFF A PAYDAY LOAN THAT MY MOTHER HAD JUST PAID OFF BOUT 2 MONTHS PRYOR TO THEM CALLING ME. THEY THREATENED TO CONTACT MY EMPLOYER & GARNISH MY WAGES & THREATENED ME ABOUT COURT!

The person name Monica Jackson called and said I owed for a pay day loan from 2012 she said it was 853.00 that I owed when in July I have them 150.00 they tried in August but was no able to get and money, when that happens she said go to Walmart and get a card and I said give me your address and I’ll send in to you she got pissed and hung up on me now I have life lock now boy am I pissed.
