I purchased a child bike seat on the lroka.com website. 11 days later, the seller posted a USPS tracking number on my PayPal invoice which stated that my package was already delivered 4 days prior. I never received the package, so I contacted USPS. They investigated the issue and found that the package was addressed to a different person with a po box. The package was also a small parcel, which could not have been a child bike seat. When I tried to contact the seller with the email address listed on PayPal, the email adress was undeliverable. I then tried to go to the website and it no longer existed. PayPal sided with the company because they provided a "valid" tracking number, but it was all a scam, and I cannot get my money back.
