This is not my story but someone I know. They needed a pool liner and found information about "loyalty Pools". The guy name Byran who apparently runs this business, didn’t come out and the day they agreed on and had to play phone tag a lot. When the wife discussed this with Bryan he was rude and couldn’t take responsibility for it. Once he installed the liner, he did so very quick. My friend finished paying him about $800 for the work a day earlier, as they had somewhere to be. Byran then apparently finished the liner but there are wrinkles all over the place. On top of which, there are rocks in the bottom that are now puncturing the liner. When the homeowners talk to him about the issue, he denied it and said that he won’t come out and fix it. When I looked up the name of the Loyalty Pools, I can only find a Facebook posts and his name. No actual business name nor address for it. Sad to see that people are getting caught up in this.
