I attempted to return the unused and unopened product I received because I no longer had the need for it. I reached out to their customer service (which is only through email and they do not take calls) who responded with details for the return which included that I pay for the shipping, I write the SKU # on the outside, and that I would not be receiving a 100% refund. I wasn’t pleased with this but figured something was better than nothing so I continued and sent the package out. About two weeks later I still haven’t heard from them so I reach back out to the customer service rep who said I needed to provide my tracking number as “evidence”. I sent the tracking number and the next response I received said they would not issue me a refund because they already destroyed the package. I have asked for a manager and to be escalated five times now with zero acknowledgement about it from the representative. I have done everything they asked and they still will not return my money or product.
