I place an online order on March, 11 2017. I have not received my items. When I submit a ticket asking them when will I receive them they keep telling me they will ship within 24 hrs and they are still not shipped to this day. I just want my money back and not have to deal with them again. They have no contact phone number where you will actually reach someone, the live chat you are suppose to be able to do is never available, it’s always submit a ticket.
