Type of a scam Online Purchase
While reading through either my Facebook or Instagram account, I kept seeing an ad for Love to Fancy clothing. I was intrigued because they looked like comfortable clothing, so I looked them up online. I ordered some items On April 29, 2020, and paid using my debit card through PayPal. Of course, the payment went straight through to the retailer, and I did receive an email from them a week or so later asking if they could substitute items that they were out of. I answered "no", I just wanted to be refunded for any items they didn’t have in stock. I never heard anything back. I went to the website, and looked up my order and found that it is still "Unfulfilled." The website does say US orders will take up to 20 days, but since I’ve been given no delivery estimate nor confirmation email telling me that my order has been shipped, I don’t hold out much hope for my items to be delivered at all. If so, I will definitely amend this complaint, but I see at least one other complaint has been filed against this company. I do not know what country this company is based out of, but I suspect it is China. There is no phone number or address on their website, just the email address above.
