These people are crooks. I spent 160 for (6) masks and one set of replacement filters. I never received the replacement filters and the masks are absolute crap. I immediately emailed customer "support" (there is no human available phone number) and it took days to get the response of "just send to this address" which by the way, is located across the country from where the return address label says my items shipped from. There was no invoice, no instructions, nothing to return with the mask. They have, thus far, refused to issue a return sheet that accounts for the items I never received and return of the masks. The people who DO answer emails, either have very poor command of the English language or are deliberately vague and ignorant acting like they don’t understand the multiple requests I’ve made for the return slip. No way am i returning the crap merchandise in the mylar envelope with no proof of purchase nor entitlement to refund. It has now been almost two weeks and no resolution. I’m filing fraudulent charges against the purchase with my bank today.
