My family found a beautiful Alaskan malamute puppy to add to our family. We emailed to inquire they responded with text messages sent recent photos of her. They even sent us screen shots of her flight details. The day she is to board the flight I get an email saying they need me to send more money via western union (originally we paid for the pup $600 & $150 to fly her. We used PayPal for that transaction.) Because all of a sudden she needs a new crate that cost an additional $1600. When I tried to call the company no answer. They text me back saying I will get a refund in 5 days. Nothing yet.
