Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchased a jersey from the site and received a confirmation number and receipt. I hadn’t received the jersey, so three weeks later, I began to email (as it is the only contact information available) questions concerning when it would arrive. Basically, they said their carrier picked it up… it has now been almost two months since my purchase and I have not received anything. I have been going back and forth with the "customer service", which is just an email that says "sorry for the inconvenience" and "it’s slow during the holidays". It is beyond holiday season and I am out $200. As of yesterday, I am no longer receiving emails from customer service. I have requested a refund and nothing.
