I was asked to make a wedding cake for Laurie kerrs bride .. after I delivered the cake there was supposed to be payment within an hour. It is now 10 days later and I have not received payment. I have asked numerous times and she has promised to pay numerous times. She has used every excuse from bomb threat at her work to having a heart attack.
