Type of a scam Online Purchase
I thought I was purchasing merchandise associated with BestBuy. I spent almost $250. After giving payment information beyond seeing a page that said your order is being processed, and the money taken from my account, I never received the stated confirmation email! I have repeatedly tried to contact the company via email and their "contact customer service" option, but to date have not received nor heard from anyone. After viewing several entries on the web concerning this website and business I am certain it is bogus. Any assistance on how to recoup my loss would be greatly appreciated.
