lockalarm.com advertises their products. I purchased two items in March 2020 and they took my payment, but I never received my product. I’ve contacted them 4 times and received two messages by messenger stating they could not ship due to the virus. I feel like they are avoiding delivering or does not have a product to deliver.

Message – 4/28/2020:

Hi Brian,

Thanks for your message and further follow up to your order #870.

Sorry to give you cause for concern. As per my last email on April 14 both our offices in upstate NY and the UK have been operating a work from home policy in line with local government rules. Obviously certain tasks such as shipping out orders cannot be done effectively under these conditions. We are making best efforts to find a solution for shipping all recent delayed orders during this Covid-19 lockdown period. We do expect to have the ability to ship very soon. These are extraordinary times so please bear with us and we will get your order sent as soon as we possibly can. However, if you are unable to wait any longer then we can issue a full refund.
