Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan
These people offer personal loans from $2000-$10,000. They tell you that they work with an insurance company that insures the loan for an upfront fee of $149-$249, then you will have the loan amount in your account within 45 minutes. When they called the first time they told me that for a $5000 loan, the insurance fee would be $199. The second time they called, the told me the insurance fee would be $249. The gentleman calling me had an Indian accent, but said his name was Jack Brown. I could not find their company on the internet, and the fact that the fee changed bothered me, so I did not go through with the loan.
