Type of a scam Online Purchase
On March 21,2020 from the Liryss Co. I purchased a magnetic eyelash clip for $19.90. The clip is made from steel alloy. The one I received was just plastic. I have tried 5 times emailing the company for a refund or replacement for the one I ordered, but have not gotten any response back from them. They do not tell you where they are located nor do they give a phone number to be reached, just 2 email addresses. One is [email protected] and the other is [email protected] They do say they ship from the USA, but I’m wondering if this a legit business and I do not like losing money no matter how small the amount. The order number is 1052. Any help will be appreciated as I’m totally stressed over this matter. Thank you.
