Chris Rios offered tom remove a tree and grind the stump for us. After most of the tree removal, he gave a fake story about his family, said he had to leave but would return that evening and asked for payment. We shouldn’t have, but we paid him the entire amount and he never returned. After calling him for 2-weeks, he refused to return our money or complete the work, then became violent and threatened physical harm before threatening to "shoot me with the pistols he keeps in his truck". We had to file a police report. We then found that he has committed the same scam to other homes (do half the work, ask for payment, and then never return to finish).
