I ordered a customized piece of jewelry on 9/8/19 via a Facebook ad. I have contacted them on multiple occasions and they keep giving a standard reply and excuse as to why I haven’t received my item. It wasn’t expensive, which I think they did intentionally thinking people wouldn’t bother reporting it.
Just noticed today, another jewelry ad on Facebook that had the same graphics but a new name.
Can never find an address on anything showing where they are located.
In hindsight, this is all very suspicious. Wish I would have realized sooner.
