Purchased necklaces November 2019 and received one that had a broken chain. Sent picture of it to them as requested and many emails with responses that they are working on getting another one sent. Still to this day have not received a new one but they aren’t even answering any of my emails now. Wouldn’t recommend to anybody. Totally not professional. Jayne

By far, the WORST experience! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I did receive a necklace with the engraving I requested incorrectly done. I emailed customer service for the first time on 12/31/2020 making them aware of the mistake. I provided screen shots of my purchase order showing the correct engraving had been requested and a picture of the item I received. I was contacted by Jerome Carniyan and told a replacement would be provided with a production time of 4-6 business days. For well over a month, I have sent and received ELEVEN emails reassuring me that I would receive a corrected item and STILL have yet to receive any truthful information about the delay. I am continuously told that an update was requested from the production team, passing the buck to the production team instead of providing real answers. This company takes zero accountability, does not value the time and money of their consumers, nor do they show any semblance of integrity. They continue, to this day, to respond with appeasement which is completely insulting. Had they taken accountability and corrected their mistake in a timely manner, or even just been transparent about what the delay was, I would not be writing this review. I may have even purchased more items but instead, I am letting everyone I know hear about this poor experience and letting them know that their money will be wasted.

Scam never can contact anyone. You don’t get a confirmation email nor tracking information. I lost a total of $66.68. Please don’t be fooled by the reviews.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

This company advertised their product on social media and I checked out their website and it seemed legit and had good reviews so I ordered from them. But I soon came to realize that their reviews were fake when I looked further into this company. You can never reach anyone with their customer service line. And when you email the help center they won’t initially return your email and when you inquire further then they respond with an attitude and lie to you. I regret spending my money here and not receiving the produce I’ve ordered – but I don’t want anyone else scammed by this ridiculous company.
