LifeShield Insuance Company is a FRAUD. I have been back and forth for 1.5 years, having my Doctor told to email, them fax them and finally Certified mail, my medical records. Each time I was told they did not receive the records. Doctor has email, fax verification’s and a returned received from Certified mail (SIGNED). The Top of each letter the Doctor explained it was not a pre-existing condition. All the lie’s about them not getting my record’s from the Doctor Office, they have all records proof that they were sent. Now this is a 1.5 year process and the reason they will not pay is, Sir your policy renew’s every 2-3 months, I was paying every month but when it renew’s itself you have a new policy. SO WE DO NOT HAVE TO PAY. Great stuck with a $4,000.00 Doctor Bill. STAY AWAY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
