A “celebrity” was advertising a good deal for some AirPods on their verified Snapchat so I went to check it out. I spun their deal wheel and managed to get $150 credit which was the cost of one pair of their AirPods. So I figured why not try them out for free?! Their website lists free shipping, yet I was charged $9.99 for secure delivery. It appears they’re based out of France as on my credit card statement it has a "foreign transaction fee" of 19 cents and lists Paris by all the charges of this company. After waiting over a week for shipping and tracking information, I reached out to the company and got no response. You’re able to check your order status on their website but all it says is that it’s on its way with a delivery date range. It’s now been a month since I ordered them and it’s well past the date range the website lists. I still have not received the product. After a second attempt to contact the company I still have not gotten a response or the product. I called my credit card and disputed the charge and the foreign transaction fee to get my money back that way.
