Type of a scam Online Purchase

User name “Mark” selling a Travel Trailer on Letgo. The posting said to reach out via email regarding the item if interested. I did exactly that. Asked for additional information and pictures for the item. They responded and then advised the item was at shipping with eBay because previous deal fell through. Asked for some of my info to have eBay reach out for the transaction. I got an email from “eBay”. After sharing it with my husband we realized something was off. I called the number on the email and it went directly to a guy, with an obvious accent that claimed to be eBay customer service. Typically when calling any customer service you get automated press dial options or automated message, especially right now with COVID19. I hung up, reported to the real eBay, and then reported the post and user on Letgo. eBay responded and confirmed fraud and scam. I reported 10 or more times to Letgo and still they have done nothing to stop these people from scamming other. Today I got an alert from my gmail, there was an attempt in Vietnam yo access my account. Seriously hate Letgo for not doing the right thing and allowing this to happen. They support scammers to steal money and your identity.
