Type of a scam Identity Theft
Posting a vacant apartment for rent with fake pictures of the interior, stating he is out of town and cannot show the property and even sending a copy of the photo ID and proof of ownership of the real owner. Asked to deposit money into his attorneys account prior to sending the lease and keys. When we went to drive around the property someone lived in there and it looked nothing like the pictures. They don’t know the guy in the picture.
