Placed an order in November of 2018 with the company for several pairs of leggings and water bottles for holiday gifts. Credit Card was charged for merchandise however, I still have NOT received products and it’s mid March of 2019. Emailed company several times and no response. Made an attempt to go back to the website and it’s no longer valid. I made a dispute with my credit card company and STILL going through an investigation. My money was taken, TIME and ENERGY from going back and forth fighting for my money back and to this day this nightmare is NOT over as of yet.

Almost 2 months later I realize I never got it & tried to contact the company but, the website was gone & the phone number also didn’t work. I searched “lemon apparel fraud” & found that there were dozens if not hundreds or more, who were also scammed.

I ordered three pairs of leggings from this website. They claimed that they were selling them for free, all I had to do was pay the shipping cost. So I did. That was on October 24, 2018. It is now February 2, 2019, and I have not received anything from them. I have emailed their customer service but I’m not very hopeful. I guess I should have known it was too good to be true.
Now their website link and Instagram are showing up as errors or "oops" messages.

I saw a Black Friday special for crystal water bottles. They looked so cool I bought two. Around $18-20. I was in contact with them through Christmas and New Years. Via email and FB messenger. They said they were back ordered and would be shipped soon. Then said they would get I. Touch with the courier and get back with me. Even today they claim to be “looking into” my order issue and getting it resolved. But I honestly don’t think I’ll be getting my order. I wish I could at least get a refund. It’s annoying.

The website has since been disabled and they have had no activity on their facebook page. I also sent 2 emails and 2 facebook messages enquirering about my order but was never got a response. I lost $45 which may not seem like much but when you are on disability it means the difference between making it through the week or not.

Bought two items off of Lemon Apparel via Instagram back in October and beginning of November. Website states that orders should be received within at least two weeks including process and shipment times. I spoke back and forth with a customer service representative that kept changing their story about items I had purchased via email. This company does not have a phone number to call to get in contact with a real life customer service representative. Today I tried to go onto their website to look into tracking information and the website is down and nothing can get in contact with the "company" any longer. I’m sure it was a scam website making quick money and shutting down, but I am mostly disappointed in Instagram for not checking out the company before endorsing an advertisement on their app. Products included on their page were salt lamps, crystal water bottles, leggings, mirrors, phone cases, etc. I contacted and went back and forth via email with two "representatives": Shehriyar Qazi and Aurea Largado. I sent and received a total of 14 messages where I was first told they would refund me for my order taking too long, then getting an email saying my order was processed and shipped two days after being given confirmation my order was cancelled. I proceeded to argue with the company customer service until 12/19/18 where I was told they were experiencing delays and they were sorry for the inconvenience. Now today there is no website and everything is gone. Word of advice check the company out head to toe, check email and phone information, look up verified reviews on the company, or better yet don’t shop on a new company’s website until it sticks around and is fully verified!

I saw an Instagram add about free crystal water bottles. I only had to pay shipping. Everything about their website seemed legit at the time. I ordered two “free” water bottles and paid $20 for shipping and handling. These were the only two things I ever received from them. No email or tracking number. When I went to the link given to me it did no exist. When I try to find Lemon Apparel and their website, they do not exist. I never received anything from them, I cannot find any way of contacting them, nor do I have any tracking information. I have been scammed and they took my money.

After that it’s been over two months since I’ve ordered my product and now the website is no longer available. I’ve emailed them multiple times with no response nor have any tracking number for any of my items .

I saw an ad while playing the game Candy Crush on my phone. The ad was advertising free leggings just pay for shipping and said it was for a limited time and had a countdown. I clicked on it and selected 3 leggings and paid $21 in shipping with my credit card. I never received a confirmation email. I instead received a text message saying my order shipped and to click on this link to view my order. I never clicked on it. They do not have an email, phone number, or address.

I purchased a magnet mount for my phone about one month ago and still have never received it. I emailed the company about one week ago and they said they would respond within 24 hours and I still have not received a response. Every time I check the status of my order it just says "Your order is confirmed" but never gives any information if it has shipped or if they are preparing it to ship. My credit card that I used to pay for it got charged but I never received the order.
