They keep calling me threating me about writing bad checks which I have not done. Every time I say take my attorney information they hang up in my face. I have been cussed out and talked to very rudely saying they gonna have me served and locked up if i don’t pay them any money. They call themselves the legal processing team.

I did call and report this today. When I returned home I had not 1 but 3 messages from this number 609-756-3649. Leaving the exact same message. You received a 10 day mandatory notice was sent to your last known county address on record with no response. To speak to me directly press 1 or call me contact immediately at 609-756-3649. She called at today at 9:57am, 12:27pm and 4:41pm 2/12/16. I have not spoken to her.

I got a call this morning Tuesday, November 17, 2015 from Legal Processing claiming that they had an account from xxx in my husband’s name that they were taking legal actions for. I told them that my husband paid that account off a long time ago. They insisted that he owes $407.00. I told them I would call xxx to confirm this and they said I would believe it was legitimate when I receive notice. I told her we would take our chances in court.
I then called xxx and spoke to Connie at the home office. She informed me that they do sell accounts and because it was so old that it could have be sold several times. But she gave me the name of the company they sold it to, xxx. I spoke to Vanessa or Veronica there and she told me the account was in there office and was settle in 2012 for $187.00 and marked paid in full. She said it’s a scam you have nothing to worry about.
