I purchased masks all the way back in February and they sent "masks" only after I filed a PayPal claim for having not received anything. Once they proved that they shipped something, PayPal closed the claim. truble is, they sent something nothing like what they advertised. Luckily I had screenshots of their original ad. See all of the angry people on TrustPilot who were also duped. They advertised a mask with 5 layers of protection and instead sent something made of flimsy nylon with a hole too big for the vent. these are worthless. They refuse to refund my money. They have since changed their ad.

I ordered two masks from this company for $33.93. The money was taken immediately from my account but I didn’t get the masks for 2 months. I wrote through emails several times and Hydie always sent me the same delay letter back with no tracking number or nothing. I finally got a tracking number and realized it was coming from China which I never would have ordered if I had known. But the biggest problem is the fact the masks are nothing but trash. They’re plastic and one of the ear straps was already broken so it wasn’t even usable. They were not reusable. If you put the ear straps on after one time they broke. I’ve never seen such useless products sent. This company is not worth trusting to get anything of value from them. Stay away. I lost my money and there are no refunds available because it takes so long to even get the product. I think they need to be shut down. They’re criminals as far as I’m concerned. I can’t send a photo because I threw them away. I wouldn’t put that trash against my face even if the ear strap wasn’t broken.
