This company, when asked out right, will tell you that they are verizon. They are NOT, in fact when they switch your long distance service, they charge you a fee and cause any credits you may have on your account to disappear. Getting it straightened out by Verizon took over an hour. Not sure why a company is allowed to tell direct lies and stay in business, but I would definitely stay away from these scammers!
