I placed an order on 4/21. A charge was appropriately billed to my credit card. A few days later, I received a second charge for the same amount on the same card. I was able to dispute the charge with my credit card company. When I reached out to the Lash Lift Co, they said that they charge the amount when the order is shipped "for the customer’s convenience." They didn’t address the fact that this was the second charge from them, and the first charge was already processed and went through. I also received a notification on 4/24 that the order has shipped. When you track package, it takes you to their site with minimal information about your order. However, when you track the package on USPS, it says "Your item was picked up by a shipping partner at 9:33 am on April 24, 2020 in INGLEWOOD, CA 90304. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date." It is now weeks later and I still have not received my order. Looking at comments from other customers, many of them never received their orders either – even months later.
