My daughter ordered a silver dress and site stated the had the dress in silver as advertised. They shipped a white dress instead and will not allow us to receive a refund and requires us to pay to return the item which there site does not state that in the policy. I continue through more than 6 emails request a refund and i am denied. The dress is also made poorly and does not fit properly.
