Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

I received a fake invoice letter posing as the government from "Labor Compliance Services" an invoice for $309 due immediately mail in cheque. In extremely fine print it actually states "this product or service has not been approved or endorsed by any governmental agency, and this offer is not being made by an agency of the government"

It actually has a PO box address for this "business" Terrible scheme! I just incorporated my small business. They are targeting small new business owners on purpose!

We received this in the mail and when I went to call about it there is no phone number, so i Googled them to find the number and there were people saying it was a scam.

Labor Compliance Services is a SCAM. They are charging $259 for a list of posters that are all free. Please don’t fall for this SCAM.

Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

After recently incorporating a single member LLC in CA, I received a "notice" from Labor Compliance Services in Murrieta, CA using scare tactics to tell me I owed a $259.00 processing fee to obtain required CA labor law posters. They attempt to scare the recipient saying you can incur $17,000 in fines if you don’t comply with posting the CA labor law posters. The notice list an extensive number of labor codes and federal notices to attempt to validate their authenticity.

LABOR LAW POSTER

I received a Notice mailed to my newly established business about the requirement by the State of California law to post a current compliant labor law poster in the workplace. They demand a processing fee of $259.00. The letter looks very official like with barcodes and notice number, however there isn’t any phone number available on the notice. I realized that this notice is not legit. I hope ScamPulse.com would do something to stop these scammers.
