Breeder scams you into buying a Shih Tzu puppy for $500.00 and shipping for $180.00. The money is sent Western Union. Once you send this you are in touch with his "shipping" agency, who then asks for $980 insurance (refundable once you receive the pet). Then the puppy gets sick and you are asked for $710 to "save the puppy’s life." Which is also refunded when the puppy is delivered. After sending all of this money via Western Union, the puppy gets critically ill and dies. Krano and his partner Cissy (shipping agency), says there is no money. These 2 need to be found and charged.
