I ordered ski goggles on black Friday. I did get a confirmation email but it just says order confirmed. I’m not sure what to do, can’t reply to the email and I never get a response from the website.
Same problem as reported by others. Kodiak Outdoors appears to be a real skiwear company with ads on Instagram advertising free goggles. Paid ~$15 for shipping for “Free Goggles.” Actually paid for shipping for nothing.

Kodiak Outdoors poses as a real skiwear company and has targeted ads on Instagram. (Unconfirmed whether or not they advertise on other social media platforms) They pretend to offer a limited number of free ski goggles to the first 500 who click on the ad, and only charge shipping costs. After submitting credit card info, you are sent no confirmation email, and weeks of waiting patiently yields, in fact, no free goggles. The "timer" counting down until the deal expires resets every day it seems, thus giving the illusion of a real promotion.
