I order a platform bed on 6-26-20 at 1:36pm. I did not receive the order and yet the tracking says the label was created and shipped on 6-24-20 and delivered on 6-26-20 at 7:12pm. How can they create a label and ship before I order it. I try contacting email from website came back undeliverable. The phone was disconnected 916 967 3000 but if you look at the website now its using a car wash address and phone number. I emailed [email protected] and no response. I filed a dispute with paypal and they sided with the merchant because they received shipment tracking that the merchandise was delivered. They answer paypal but not my email for refund.
After ordering I went back to check my order but the website was down. Then I started reading the reviews which lead me here. I ordered two futons & a recliner. I felt the prices were just too good to be true. Will anyone help me get my money back?
just kept fighting with your bank send them proof and also let your bank know u call the company and it was fraud it took a while but my bank refunded my money back and got a new bank account just in case they take money out

I found what I thought was a great deal for a bassinet, im going to be a new mother soon so I’ve been searching for bargains. I was really excited to buy my first piece of baby furniture, but when I went to look at the tracking information it just kept coming up as error. So I tried to contact them via support, thinking it was a simple mistake but my email was ignored. I tried again to cancel the order but it was to late the money had already been taken.

Do not order from this site! The contact phone number is disconnected and emails are returned as undeliverable. What seems to be too good to be true is the case here. BUYERS BEWARE!

On 5/15/2020 at 8:00pm, I placed an order with KmartNow for curtains, and used my Paypal account for payment. On 5/17/2020 I received an email from Paypal stating my item shipped. I went out to Paypal to track the number and according to UPS, it was delivered at 9:59am on 5/15/2020, which was the day I ordered the curtains, but the time was even prior to me placing the order. It said the item left their facility on 5/13/2020. I emailed the company to have the email come back undeliverable. I found another email address for them and sent numerous emails to it, with no response. I tried calling the number listed on their website and it is not a good number. I’ve googled issues with this company and it appears they have done this to numerous people who have placed an order then two days later get notice that their package was delivered and they to had been told their delivery was done the same day they placed the order. I filed a dispute with Paypal and they assumed that since there is a tracking number, that the sale was good and closed my dispute. There is no one at Paypal now who can take any calls due to Covid 19 and they are not responding to my messages either. I cannot afford to be out $122.33!
