Type of a scam Debt Collections
They called me and four other people I knew stating I never paid my bail. I did have something going on back in 2010 but 8 years have past and these people claim that a complaint has been forwarded to their office to collect that amount. They stated they were an attorneys office, i looked them up online, not much information but a very vague website with no phone number. Also, the address doesn’t exist. I called another company in the shopping center and they stated no company by this name existed. The real company, kleinbard LLC is an attorneys office but its located in PA. I called them back after they left a voicemail and their voicemail nor their "answering machine" had a business name. When i did get a hold of them they put me on hold. They stated they were an attorneys office, the site stated they were a debt collectors office. Somehow they knew my birthday and other information so now I’m afraid I’m a victim of identity theft. They called four different people I knew also. Ill be reporting them to the police.
