Kindfaithshop advertises on social media, and I placed an order in September, 2019 and never received anything. I have since contacted the company three or four times (I now believe this is a fake company, and it is a scam). I did receive an email response from them recently and they said they were sending the item, however, the tracking number doesn’t exist, and I don’t believe them. I want a refund and I want this company stopped. I just don’t want any one else to go through this trouble. Thank you for any help you can provide!
