I also purchased a shirt from them and even though I received it, it wasn’t the correct size. When I emailed them they said “you should have follow the size chart to get the correct size”. I emailed them again to see if I could exchange it but never heard from them. It was a be kind shirt and they obviously don’t follow that. I am very disappointed about my purchase.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I found this company on an Instagram advertisement. I purchased a T-shirt from them on August 27, 2019. I receive a confirmation email of my order and my PayPal account was charged. I have not received my T-shirt and today is October 9, 2019. I’ve tried four times to contact this company and the only contact information on their website is an email address. There is no phone number listed on their website. I have not received any responses from this companIn looking at reviews and complaints on the better business bureau website I see that there are complaints dating back to years for the same situation.
