Type of a scam Worthless Problem-solving Service Scam
The store offers gothic, metal and satanic apparel and home accessories. I have ordered from this store since January, and I have been back and forward with them. They don’t resolve anything and they keep ignoring my requests, they are unwilling to assist and I just threatened to report them with my credit card company and they don’t even care. They charged me $103 for something I don’t have and will never received. They are a scam and fraud. Their shipments take forever and then they just don’t want to take accountability for their mess.
I have not received my package and now they send information with signatures that are not mine, I don’t even know if they ever ship the package. They didn’t want to provide the materials their products were made of.
This store is just a joke to customer, please don’t trust them or their agents, they are all trained to provide unwilling service and a total lack of assistance.
I have asked to speak with a supervisor and they just keep ignoring my messages.
They are the worst online store I had to experience with.
