Type of a scam Employment
They contacted me initially via text message. Got my info from Job Center Of WI website where I had a mandatory Resume posted as part of the Wi unemployment Ins requirement. Stated they have a data entry position available and they’d like to contact me via Google hangout. When contacted they asked a few work related questions – talked about my current job, how do I handle stress, am I a team player, what would I be doing in 30 days, among others.Then stated training paid $13/hr and after training I would make $30/hr. Then asked how I wanted to be paid – check or direct deposit. When I responded direct deposit they asked the name of the bank to verify they could work with them. After that they said I’d be in training the next day and then sent me an official job offer that I needed to sign before morning.
