I purchased a Fortnite Backpack from Keychaincrazy.com on August 10, 2018. I recieved the order information that my order was recieved and will be shipped out. It states come back to check order status. There is no way yo check order status on the website. Its been over a week and I have not recieved any information about my order status or shipping. I email the company at [email protected] this is the email if you have any questions or if you need help. I emailed them on Aug 16 and Aug 18 in regards to my order status. No response. I then went on their Facebook Page to inbox a message because I seen that people were asking questions and Brian Orok was responding. When i inboxed the company on Aug 18, 2018 I see that Brian read my inbox but did not respond. On August 19,2018 I went to send another message and now I cannot send any messages to them which mean they blocked me. I requested for a refund as well. I believe this people are scammers and will be taking people information and credit card information and the product will not be mailed out. Their facebook name is Keychain crazy. Contact information is [email protected] They need to be stopped and people on Facebook need to know this is not legit.
