PC Help has called numerous times, after being pressured to let them "fix" a computer, they experienced an issue and stated they would call back. When they called back, it was the same person but they claimed to be a supervisor instead but sounded just like the person before them.
They requested the form of payment to be in a money order instead of a credit transaction as well.
