This is absolutely ridiculous. I purchased the bottle for what I thought was going to be $3.95 for a free bottle! MY CARD WAS CHARGED $199.99 for FIVE bottles which I didn’t know until I hit submit.I immediately called their number and the customer care people told me it was just "their system" and they couldn’t cancel the order because it was already sent to their fulfillment center. They told me they do not offer promotions on their pills and what I was telling them didn’t make sense to them. I sent them proof of what the ad said, but I still have to wait for my money back. I have to wait for the product to be shipped to me and then I have to pay to ship it back! Ultimately I have to wait so far almost 2 month to get my money back. I’ve called numerous times and every single time I was told they are working on it and it would be done in 14 days. I called on the 14th day and they stated they were backup because of the returns that it would be later that they day or Saturday. I waited until Monday and I still have nothing for a return. I called again and the same excuse of being back up and that it will be this week. I’m not so sure I’m going to be getting that money back…

has advertisement for free product just pay shipping ($5.95). Ordered and they took $626.99 out of my account almost immediately. When I called to cancel and initiate a refund. They told me they couldn’t and that the order was already shipped (mind you this was roughly 10 minuets later). They also told me the advertisement was fake and "was not theirs" even though it was on their website. This company is a complete and udder scam and they need shut down.

They are scammers they told me it was going to cost me $29.00 to order the weight loss pill so I ordered then they had charged me $289.00 instead and a further $5.80 I asked them to cancel my order and refund me and they refused as they said it had been shipped how can that be when I had just placed the order. They haven’t replied to any of my emails i have called the bank to cancel my card and put a dispute. Please dont buy of them.

I clicked on an ad advertising a price of $3.95USD for my order. When I placed the order, I was charged $199.99USD. I contacted the company immediately to have my order canceled and was told there was nothing I could do for this order. This is a scam and very misleading.

I was sent an offer via Facebook to obtain a free sample of a product called Keto Ultra Diet. It claims that it was supported by the Sharks from Shark Tank and even provided a clip from the show, which added to the legitimacy of the company. To get the free sample you pay $3.95 shipping and that is all. I wanted to try it to see if it is worth getting more. When I placed my order it did ask if I wanted to purchase additional products at a reduced cost and I rejected this offer and confirmed the free sample with $3.95 shipping and handling. I then received confirmation that my order was complete for 5 (five) bottles of the Keto Ultra Diet supplements at a cost of $199! I immediately called to cancel the order and was on hold for 15 minutes before a recording came on to leave a message. I called during their posted normal business hours. I then sent an email and replied to the confirmation email that I want the order canceled and my money refunded. I received a reply that someone will get back to me in 24 hours. I called again and this time after about 10 minutes someone did pick up. I explained what occurred and the young man advised me that even though it has been less than an hour, they cannot cancel the order, it has already been shipped. He said he would email me an RMA number for me to return the product and then my money will be refunded. I asked how long the refund will take and he said it could take up to 6 months as long as they get the product back! I then told him they need to refund me the return shipping costs as this was not my error. He advised me that they do not have a way to do that and said I should take a picture of the receipt and send it to them and they may or may not refund it to me in the "back" office. That money was taken out of my account immediately. There was no delay. From what this young man is saying I may not ever see that refund. Shark Tank support or not, this is a scam!

They advertise shipping fee only but then charge your card $200 us without showing you the breakdown of the bill and without you authorizing it. Once i called customer service the lady said it was already process, charged and ship .. They say they cannot refund a credit card and then tell you that once you receive it you have to ship it back and then they will refund you. HUGE SCAM!!!! I read facebook comment about their company and everyone of them are the same experience !

Careful how you read their ad for Keto tabs!! Personally, I read it as I would pay $33.00 for each of the 2 bottles and get a 3rd bottle free, a total of $66.00.–Then I noted that I would be charged $129.99 for the 3 bottles. When I called their help desk (1-877-328-6999), Laura tried to explain that’s not actually what it says. Confusingly, she said that with the discount it is as though I were paying only a part of the cost, not $33.00/for 2 bottles, but for each of the 3 bottles, which would give me a total of $129.00 discount on the complete order, or $33.00 for each bottle. She then very nicely ignored my request to cancel the order all together, but said there is a $30.00 send-in rebate mentioned somewhere on the site which she would cash in right now and she would add in an extra bottle of product, so that I would only be billed for $99.99 for 4 bottles, with a 60 day refund policy. I agreed to this. — Be careful how you read the ad and what you agree to pay.
